“I thought that was a little overpriced,” says Coddington, laughing. And so she persuaded Phaidon to reprint the book exactly as it appeared back in the day (and for the less-swoon-inducing sum of $150). Already planned for next year: a companion volume of post-2002 material containing some of Coddington’s most beloved shoots, including Annie Leibovitz’s December 2003 “Alice in Wonderland” portfolio starring Natalia Vodianova, along with Grace’s work with Steven Klein, David Sims, Craig McDean, and Steven Meisel.
